Having electrical problems with my SRX. Called to see if you could take it in on Wed., too busy that day come in Thur., too busy so left it over night and they checked it and replaced battery on Fri. I was very happy for the provided ride home on Thur. and ride back on Fri. I didn't want to take the chance of driving it home because it would not always start.
Came into dealership early AM to get battery replaced during extreme cold weather. Service found someone to put it in before service techs arrived and got me on my way with 20 minutes. Excellent service.
Warren was very helpful from beginning to end. I limped in on a motor with 247k miles which had a busted valve spring. Warren kept on top of what needed to be addressed and communicated with me several times throughout the day with a menu of options and prices to take care of just the immediate need as well as what else we may need to take care of. Parts took a few days to come in and the day Warren said my vehicle would be ready, it was indeed ready earlier than expected. Not only that, when I got my bill it was less expensive than Warren originally quoted. Honestly, this was the first time in 10 years I didn't feel screwed over by a service visit for an uncovered item. My confidence in being taken care of now has hope for a return visit. :)
