I had been hoping to have a same day repair. Instead had to eave it for a couple of days. Leaving it cause me quite a bit of hassel and inconvience. Though, I was just glad to get it fixed. Are Fridays and the weekends bad times? Also seems to be hard to get parts for older vehicles.
Everything went very well and the repairs fixed my Chevrolet Silverado's driver side seat issue the first time. I will not recommend your (or any other) dealership because I am not a paid shill. If somebody asks me specifically about Chevrolet of Bend, I will tell them that my experience with the service department was very good.
I am not satisfied with my recent service. I called for oil service last month and also had a recall on my vehicle. Was trying to combine my visits as I don't live in Bend and I was told that parts needed to be ordered, etc. So I had to make a separate appt for the recall. I was told after the fact that no parts were needed and the recall could've been done at the time I had the oil change done. Having to make this separate appt that was not needed was inconvenient for me.
The dealership is good. Just can not figure out what is wrong with our brand new car that is only 4 months old. It has been into the servuce department 5 times for the insterment panel and everything in the dash shutting of while driving. You are unable to see your speed or anything when it happens. If it is not fixed this go around we will persue the lemon law. It is a 2016 Malibu.
Purchased a new Chevy truck about a year ago and have had services done regularly there. The last one they forgot to put in a new O ring and I had a lot of problems with the truck. They made it right by doing a full repair and then refunding my original service charge for the labor portion.
The sales person was very knowledgeable and thoroughly went over all my options. Once I made a choice, the paperwork process was quick and easy....answering any questions I had along the way. When my new vehicle was fueled up and cleaned, the sales person went over all the features of the vehicle with me. He even followed up with a phone call 2 days later to check whether I had any questions once I had a chance to drive the car for a couple days. Professional, thorough service!!
My truck needed an oil change. I also had an appointment at 1pm that day. I arrived at the service department just before lunch break. The service team was able to find a tech and I was in and out in less than an hour. This is service at its best.
The service department did fine and that was what I was there for. I tried talking to a salesman about some of the options on my new pickup, and the salesman shoed me a 2017 diesel pickup and he tried to BS me for lack of better words. He told me the motor and transmission are new to Chevy. WoW did he really just say that I asked myself. Yep he did. He also tried to tell me the lifted 17 chevy sitting out front with Les Schwab tires on it was a factory option and that is how they come from the factory now. WOW. Maybe some training on the product you are selling.
