I paid to get my car fixed and they told me it’s just my phone causing the issues because there was an update. My car still does not talk like it used to and I paid $160.00 dollars to just check things out and it still does not work
My experience with Chevrolet was the best since it was sold several years ago.
Jack my service representative was very good and he had answers for all my questions.
If I had of known how good they are taking care of the Chevy. owners, whether they sold the vehicle or not, I would have maybe bought from them. Thanks Jack keep up all the good work.
Over all the service component was great. I feel confident the repairs were done well. All of my conversations with the service rep were polite, professional, and positive.The only issue I have is I had an appointment and was told at he very most it would take half the day and be done around noon. My car was not done until 3:30pm and I had to call for updates once noon came and went without a call. If they were running behind it would have been nice to get an update call. When I did call in the service member told me it was being worked on but the technician had just gone to lunch and so it would be several more hours. It would have been nice to possibly have someone assigned to finish the work considering it was already past the appointment time I had been told to anticipate.
