It is very unfortunately that a year ago I bought my 2021 Chevrolet suburban. The first proble show up with the first 2 month of having the car oil was licking. The warranty was able to pay for this fix, but when I showed up to the service department Chris who was the person incharge of fixing my car was charging me out of pocket for this fix. He didn't took the time to look around for my warranty or my extended warranty that I bought for this car. This was one event the second event was on August when I was getting ready for a road trip. I took my car for tire alignment to Fire Stone. When they put the car up they were able to find that the rear arms that hold all the suspension and rear tires had two holes that apparently was made from hawling the car. I let them know Fire stone couldn't work on my car because safety issues. When I showed and express my concerns to the Chevrolet in Bend manager he was very disrespectful and minimize all my concerns. Lastly, I talked to Jonathan the sales men and shared the same concerns and let him know how disappointed I was because I bought this very expensive car and I am having all this problems with it, it's very sad. Also I let them know that I was very understanding of how cars can have mechanical problems but it was very concerning to me how they weren't able to notice on the expection they did on the car before selling it. But like they said is my word against their word. But I will asure you that I haven't had a accident on the one year I've had my 2021 Chevrolet Suburban that could have cause the damage of the part.
