My suburban spent all day at your shop for 1 1/2 hour of work. You ordered parts and only one came in when you told me both were in. Your assistant service mgr couldn’t have been less interested in my concerns.

I got my usual oil change and was suprised to see the price went up around 5 dollars. Well when i inquired about it, I was told this change happened last year on the first of the year. Which i find strange because i wasnt charged this new price until this year. Oh and Im told i needed a transmission flush around 15,000 miles ago which is frusterating because i got the 50,000 mile check that it needed but nobody mentioned the transmission flush.
The service experience was really great. I had an appointment about a week in advance, but decided to pop in and see if they could go ahead and get it taken care of, and they were able to. The sales experience was a little more sketchy. Not sure if this the place to mention it, but there are three main issues. One being that the truck was sold with tires that had to immediately be replaced. Although the tires were legal to drive on, this was disappointing. They had 3/16 tread remaining on the edge, and 4/16 in the middle. Secondly, the vehicle was detailed nicely on the outside but the seats inside had many stains. As if there was no attempt to clean. Thirdly, (I will admit partial fault here) the truck is a double cab but the salesman knew we had a toddler using a car seat. For test drives, it is very unlikely to bring a car seat in the back seat. If we had, we literally would not have purchased this vehicle. I sat in the back on the test drive, and it is tolerable for an adult. But the minute a car seat is introduced, the seat on a double cab is simply not big enough. Our child has already ruined the plastic seatback by kicking it, and it provides constant annoyance if there is a passenger in the front. Our child cannot sit behind the driver as the fitment is too close between her feet and the seatback. Overall a major regret and wish the salesman would have had more practical advice rather than pushing us into this vehicle.
I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle. Michael and Scott worked really hard to get me just what I needed to make things work. I would most definitely recommend Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a new car. Thank you so much
