Lube-Oil change and tire rotation service was started on time and returned to us at/before time anticipated. Vehicle was brought back clean. All oil was wiped clean under vehicle (yes, I always check!). Great experience, except no cookies today!
Friendly, kind, courteous, patient, took the time to answer all my questions even the silly ones. Made the sale very smooth less than 5 phone calls and some emails bam bought a car without leaving my house :)
Pretty typical back and forth on deciding acceptable monthly payments (left me sitting in empty room to sweat it out for 5 minutes, before coming in with an offer higher than I ask for). I wrote a check for the down payment and I left the dealership not knowing when my new vehicle would be delivered.
Shane in the service department provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership. He listened to his customer and went above and beyond the expectations to ensure my car was safe for me to drive. He also went above and beyond by providing me with what looked like a brand new car on the outside which, I have not seen my car that clean in a very long time. Shane also made a point to ensure he was the one to contact me with updates in relation to my car. He never passed it off to a colleague, he followed through with each and every step. I would highly recommend Shane to all of my friends and family. He was excellent!
Salesmen Justin was one of the few salespeople of the 5 dealerships I visited that took the time to explain and show me what I needed to know to make the decision on my new truck. It was a very difficult process for me, having recently lost my dear husband, but he made it more bearable by listening to my needs and meeting them. I would highly recommend him to any woman in my place as it is hard to be treated fairly in our circumstance.
We had a great experience. We knew what we wanted when we arrived, we test drove our truck and loved it. We knew what we wanted to get for a trade and when the numbers didn't come as close as we wanted, the dealership was willing to negotiate a fair deal for both parties. We have bought two trucks from Chevrolet of Bend, and will probably buy in the future when we are ready to purchase again. The team worked with us to get us out quickly as we had somewhere to be, so we were in and out within 2 1/2 hours. The majority of that time was spent trying to get our payoff from our loan, and not the dealers fault. Chevrolet of Bend was a great experience.
