I showed up five minutes before my appointment. The service manager greeted me, explained the routine and the time it would take, with the same courtesy that every one at Lithia has shown me since purchasing my Colorado. It was a warm day so I walked to down town Bend for an hour. When I returned my truck was done. The manager had me sign the paperwork and I left. My vehicle was clean and engine bay was clean. Great Job.
