Your staff is not friendly. The several times I’ve interacted with service team seem like an imposition to them. It’s too bad since I bought my car from your dealership, and paid for a warranty. What isn’t 100% covered under my warranty, I just take my car to my other mechanic. He’s really nice, service is great, and they explain things if you have questions. If you ask your service team questions, I feel like the people I’ve interacted her with are really curt and evasive. It’s like they don’t want you to know the details of what’s going on with your own car. That’s strange.

We had a rocky start with the them in a previous interaction, but we received a call from Terry, the service manager who assured us we would not have another experience like that. Terry went out of his way to make sure our experience was a positive one. He listened to our frustrations and this time when we brought our car in, it was great. We were in and out, they worked on some issues with the car that were easy to fix and installed our heating steering wheel. We appreciate the time Terry took with us and we are extremely happy.
