My transmission on my 2012 GMC Sierra failed. I contacted Bend Chevrolet Service Department, specifically Terry, and he got me in the very same day. Two days later my truck transmission was replaced and working perfectly. Terry also gave me a printout of overdue service that needed done and went over each item with me. That kind of service is hard to find these days and is exactly why I have made Bend Chevrolet my truck service provider and when I someday decide to purchase a new truck, my first stop will be Bend Chevrolet. p.s. This is not a one off experience. Bend Chevrolet has always provided this excellent level of service.
