Our salesman Andrew Heltzer is by far the best car/customer service salesman that my wife and myself have ever made car deals with. We are both in our fifties and have had a lifetime of car deals. We have never had such a positive experience than what we have had with Andrew. We live just outside of PDX and vacation to sunriver every October. I have since bought a new 2019 Chevy Silverado and just a couple days ago a 2023 Chevy Camaro SS here in Bend. I have had the best experience and feel I have received the best deal for the vehicles I have purchased. The tire air pressure was not inflated to the recommended 35 psi, but was written down in the inspection sheet as such. I checked the pressure immediately after service at the dealership, and my tires were still at 27 psi. I did get this oversight corrected. However, it has shaken my confidence that the inspection was completed correctly.

Took in for oil change and tire rotation and asked them to check the tire pressure too. Did the oil change and tire rotation in 1 1/2 hours but never checked the tire pressure as it was the same as when I took it in. tires down to 31-33.

Experience was average - cost was higher than average. Service contact was pleasant. One might think for a $2400 service, car might be washed (both our Ford and Toyota come with this courtesy even on a much less expensive service), at least the service tags might have been removed from the car.
