Confirmed Service Customer
Your staff is not friendly. The several times I’ve interacted with service team seem like an imposition to them. It’s too bad since I bought my car from your dealership, and paid for a warranty. What isn’t 100% covered under my warranty, I just take my car to my other mechanic. He’s really nice, service is great, and they explain things if you have questions. If you ask your service team questions, I feel like the people I’ve interacted her with are really curt and evasive. It’s like they don’t want you to know the details of what’s going on with your own car. That’s strange.
