Confirmed Service Customer
Came in for an oil change and the lobby for service is very awkward, even some associates had do not disturb on their desk. People stated to pile up and no clear process on how to check in. The associate that checked me in didn’t tell me how much it was going to cost, just handed me the estimate. I was shocked to see an oil change was $138! I asked why it’s so much and he said it’s a diesel (this is a 6cly no idea why this high). My truck was already up and getting serviced so I told myself this is the last time this will happen so I will just pay it. The lobby waiting are had comfortable seats but weird there wasn’t water offered. Anyway they called me to pay the bill and saw I got taxed the CAT???? I told the guy this is illegal and he said I don’t know… again I just decided to pay this because this will certainly be the last time I go to this dealership, I will be canceling my onstar as well. Really bad customer service, not sure what is going on at this dealership.

Our service rep Mr. Spinks was top notch. I highly recommend the Bend service depth. They are always courteous and helpful.
