Since I was waiting..(1 1/2 hrs) for an oil change and not complaining. I wish I knew the recommendations on my vette so they could be carried out at that time, i.e..the car was there, I was there. When paying the bill I was given the option of leaving the car, but if I had known an hour earlier, well, I would have gone home and had the work finished. Just a thought to tell the customer if you knew about it earlier. If not, well, my comments are void and not to be considered...just commenting because you asked. Will be dropping car off next week to get the work done.

My “change engine filter” warning appeared so I called to make an appointment and left a message with Service on Monday. When I didn’t hear back I called again Tuesday morning and arranged to bring the car in. Service was completed within an hour so overall I was pleased.
