Ever rising gas prices have recently made our family commute very costly, and we needed an affordable and eco-friendly commuter car. Joe Patnode from Chevrolet of Bend looked into our commute needs and offered very economical yet high-tech commuter option, Chevrolet Bolt 1LT 2023. Car acceleration, build and software quality is outstanding while it's very budget friendly. We can fully charge our daily miles from home 110V outlet overnight! Sales experience was super streamlined, pricing itemized and fully transparent, paperwork took less than half an hour, and Joe provided very detailed guidance on practical car usage aspects and car features. Shopping at Chevrolet Bend was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Patnode, thank you so much for your help and guidance!

Our salesman Andrew Heltzer is by far the best car/customer service salesman that my wife and myself have ever made car deals with. We are both in our fifties and have had a lifetime of car deals. We have never had such a positive experience than what we have had with Andrew. We live just outside of PDX and vacation to sunriver every October. I have since bought a new 2019 Chevy Silverado and just a couple days ago a 2023 Chevy Camaro SS here in Bend. I have had the best experience and feel I have received the best deal for the vehicles I have purchased. The tire air pressure was not inflated to the recommended 35 psi, but was written down in the inspection sheet as such. I checked the pressure immediately after service at the dealership, and my tires were still at 27 psi. I did get this oversight corrected. However, it has shaken my confidence that the inspection was completed correctly.
