He has the perfect blend of instant recall, life experience and smooth people skills to make my car purchase something of a pleasure. Seemingly small problem, front window didn't work. After waiting 3 weeks for an appt left truck for 8 hours, then was told it needed a part that wasnt available, which might be available in 2-3 weeks. Paid $200. 00 for this service. not good.

Wife’s Tahoe needed a thermostat. Called the service department and they were out 3 weeks. Travis told me to just bring it in and they would try to get it in between jobs. I took it at 10 am and they had it fixed by that afternoon. Unbelievable! So grateful! Great service!!!

Straight forward online buying experience with no pressure or hassles. They had the car I wanted and it was fairly priced with no mark up, fees, or unwanted extras. Had to travel 100+ miles to pick up the car and it was ready to go and the paperwork done within an hour of arrival. Thanks!

I don’t think it should take over two hours to get an oil change done. I had an appointment scheduled for 8 am. I arrived early to check in. I do appreciate the oil change for life program otherwise I would take my vehicle somewhere else. At least get comfier lobby room chairs.

My wife and I decided to purchase a Cheverolet Tahoe. We looked online and chatted with joe via email. Joe and Steve were able to find us a Tahoe in transit that fit our criteria. Joe and Steve helped us work through a bit of indecision on the color. The were Very helpful! My wife loves the vehicle. She even loves the color now! I have purchased several vehicles in bend, and this was the quickest process I have ever experienced. I believe we were in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hour.
