You don't want to hear about my experience. Was not good, even though they did, to right by us in the end. Was not happy at the end, to the point of deciding that we will no longer do business with you. We will go to the Place in Madras or Couer d' Alene, Idaho back to Parker Toyota.

The service people well qualified to work with you and recommend what your vehicle needs. I need 2 special McPherson struts and they ordered them and they arrived within a week. The mechanic that put them in is a 5 star mechanic. The car rides smoother and feels like a new car. A driver took me home and picked me up when done. A nice qualified team to work with

Waited a long time with out any one telling me what was taking so long they said I needed a air filter so I said ok gave me a price I said ok when I went to pay it was a different price I was not happy
