The mechanic that did the inspection did a short video of the underside of the car. It was well done and very useful. I am impressed with the quality of the service!

Everyone there is always professional and polite . I appreciated the Uber ride both ways while service was being done. Also, I was surprised by the e-mail video that showed the undercarriage of my car and the visual explanation of what needed to be worked on.

A little shocking how expensive things have gotten. Went in for 60,000 mile service expecting a $800 +/- bill and left $1900 with the cashier. As far as the appt. and service both went smooth and were done in a short time.

Our vehicle went in for a diagnostic and repair for a check engine light. The light ended up being for a heater control unit failure. The dealership ensured the part was overnighted, worked the vehicle into their schedule through the week, and ensured we had the vehicle available as soon as possible for the holiday season. Terry, our customer service rep, was fantastic and ensured we stayed informed throughout the entire repair process. We appreciate the extra effort that Chevrolet of Bend puts not just their customer service but also the effort to get the job done timely.
