Quick acknowledgment and fast service.

The service department had a part that I wasn't expecting them to stock. Purchase was fast and easy

My appointment time got messed up, so I showed up at 11, and they had me down for 1, but Dan worked really hard to get me in, he even ask the mechanics if they would work thru lunch or postpone lunch to get my vehicle’s oil change done. I had to be at work in Redmond at 2, so I really appreciated everyone for doing that, I live on the other side of Redmond, and it was nice not to have to reschedule for a different day!

I brought my Tahoe in early for an oil change, I had a 2 pm appointment. It was ready by 11 AM. I was very pleased. Thank you.

We had an exceptionally great experience at Chevrolet of Bend. Mark Schmid was a wonderful, very personable salesman. There was no pressure at all. The paperwork with the finance person went very well also. We were in and out with our new car in no time.
