Easy to schedule the appointment. Handled the service in a timely manner. Chevy of Bend is my go to dealership for all of my service needs, Has been for years.

Steve was the best car salesmen I have ever worked with! No surprises. No "new numbers" upon arrival. In and out in under 45min with a brand new Silverado with the exact specs I wanted. I will certainly be coming back in the future for my next vehicle.

Terry checked in my Avalanche at 7:30 AM and by 10:00 AM the mechanic figured out why the engine light was coming on. By 2:30 PM the same day the Avalanche was repaired and ready for pickup.and hit the road.. Great communication.

My appointment time got messed up, so I showed up at 11, and they had me down for 1, but Dan worked really hard to get me in, he even ask the mechanics if they would work thru lunch or postpone lunch to get my vehicle’s oil change done. I had to be at work in Redmond at 2, so I really appreciated everyone for doing that, I live on the other side of Redmond, and it was nice not to have to reschedule for a different day!
